I am student of food, Mesoamerica and anthropology.
Biography
Welcome.
After finishing my adventure of culinary school and externship in Oaxaca, I've gone back to school at UT to study the Anthropology of Latin American food, the Maya in particular.
I am currently finishing fieldwork in Mexico for my PhD in Anthropology.
